+ Main Conference Sessions and events are open to paid attendees only.
+ Single day Main Conference registrations are not available.
+ All persons registering under a fictitious name (e.g. Person 1) will be charged a $10 transfer fee upon registration check-in.
+ Still photographs and videos are taken at all conference events. Registration constitutes permission for Break Forth One to use attendees' image in future conference materials.
+ There will not be storage space available for instruments.
+ The Shaw Conference Centre is wheelchair accessible. However, due to the type of facilities, size of crowd and type of production used, we are unfortunately unable to meet any additional special needs requests. If assistance is required, attendees will be responsible for arranging and registering an assistant to aid with special needs. This applies to hearing or sight impaired, mobility challenged and other special needs.
+ Online registration is available until January 23, 2019 at 11:59 P.M.
+ 5% GST and $6.00 processing charge, per person, is added to all fees.
+ Once online registration and payment is complete, registration information can be accessed at any time by using the login details provided in the confirmation email. Changes may be made online to registrations, including class selections, based on availability.
+ Online pricing will automatically change at 11:59 P.M. MST for each of the early registration rates. Payment that is not completed before midnight will be subject to the higher rate.
+ Personal information provided with registration will not be sold or shared with external persons or companies.
+ Payment confirmation includes an e-ticket and will be sent by email immediately following online registration. Please bring a digital or printed copy of your e-ticket to speed up check-in onsite.
+ If you can’t find your confirmation email, click here. You’ll be asked to enter the email that was used when you registered. If your group leader registered you, they should have access to see which email they used to register you with.
+ Registrations may be canceled up until January 11, 2019. Registration fees will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be permitted after January 11, 2019.
+ No refunds will be issued due to weather or natural disasters.
+ No refunds are permitted onsite.
+ Initial group registrations (10+ individuals) must be completed online together with one payment in order to qualify for the group rate. Payment may be made in the form of one Visa or MasterCard.
+ Registrations for Pre-Conference Workshops only will not be included in the numbers required to obtain group pricing.
+ There are no group rates for walk-in registrants.
+ Groups can be added to after they have been purchased. Simply login as the group leader and ‘add another’. The new attendee will be charged the registration rate for group pricing at the time they were added to the group, with the group discount added.
+ If your group leader registered you, they will be able to inform you of the email address used to register you.
+ Classes should be selected at registration, however, changes may be made online until January 25, 2019. A confirmation number and the email you were registered with is required to login and add or change classes.
+ If your first class selection is at capacity, you may be placed on a waiting list. As space becomes available in the preferred class, you will be notified. Every effort will be made to accommodate all requests. Some class sizes are limited and entrance is based on a first-come, first-served basis. All waitlists close one week before the conference.
