If you are over the age of 16, we invite you to fill out an application to join the Tech Team. To create the best experience for Break Forth One guests, the One Team is asked to serve a minimum of fifteen hours during the weekend. Below you can select the times you would be available to serve and we will do our best to accommodate. Once your application is received we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your acceptance.
Guest Experience Team Roles
Registration: Check-in volunteers and Break Forth One guests.
Greeters: Frontline greeters for all Break Forth One guests.
Info Desk: Assist guests by answering questions and providing direction when needed.
Hospitality: Greet, serve coffee, beverages and snacks and maintain cleanliness in volunteer and presenter care rooms.
Ushers: Ensure guests successful navigation through line-ups during main assembly sessions and concerts.
Exhibit Hall: Assist with Exhibitor move-in and move-out and assigned general tasks. This position requires lifting.
Bookstore: Customer service, managing inventory and assisting with sales.
Elective Room Hosts: Welcome guests to elective classrooms, monitor areas for proper setup and cleanliness and ensure room capacities are maintained (i.e. ticketing at door).
